HIGH TEMPERATURE CABLES

For 40 years Elexa coats high temperature electrical cables with ever innovative techniques to enhance cables’ features. Usage of modern chemicals and resins, and technical fibers with excellent properties, guarantee optimal performances of Elexa’s products in the major industrial divisions: automotive, electrotechnical.

Thermal coatings with mineral, synthetic, and composite fibers protect the electrical cables, bestowing at the same time essential characteristics for a specific purpose.

INDUSTRIAL SLEEVES

Since 1977 sleeves are the benchmark product of the company. Three complete categories for every requirement and purpose.

Thermo-electrical insulating sleeves made of fiberglass are emplyed at their best in protecting electrical cables.

Expandable braided sleeves, thanks to high quality raw materials, are highly resistant and long-lasting.

Technical sleeves are suitable for all civil and industrial applications, by keeping optimal properties in any setting.

TEXTILE UNIT

An internal control unit for textile fabrics as a mean to maintain constantly the high quality offered, by accurately checking our supplies and the High Tech textile fabrics quality for an outstanding product.

CHEMICAL UNIT

Experience has been the major factor in our development. Speed, voltages, structures and particulars, managed by each operator’s sensibility, are constantly updated in our workshop as needed.

MECHANICAL UNIT

The percentage of third-parties compounds or blends used is minimum. Our suppliers are the major chemical industries known: BAYER, BASF, DUPONT, GE CHEMICAL, 3M, SANOFI-AVENTIS. All of our final products are made in an internal equipped laboratory.

ELECTROTECHNICAL UNIT

All the electric tests for approval can be performed internally to the company. For maximum safety we can certify every product, including in the packaging safety and technical sheets with 10 different electrophysical tests performed while manufacturing.
